Meet David Bruns
David became a licensed hearing aid specialist in 2009. He enjoys staying up to date with advances in technology and communication, and he takes pride in helping patients understand and get the most from their hearing care options. Following in his father's footsteps, David values listening and understanding his patient's needs before making recommendations.
Dave is married to his best friend and loves being a father to his three children. He enjoys just being with his family. He still tries to relive the glory years on the basketball court each week. Dave is active with his church and community organizations.

Meet Timothy Cross
In 1982 Tim graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Daytonwith. He was introduced to the hearing industry in 1985 and has been a licensed dispenser for over 30 years. Tim is currently a member of the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board and has previously served multiple terms on the Board of Trustees for the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of Ohio. He specializes in maximizing and maintaining patients hearing potentials by providing them with meaningful hearing solutions.
Tim and his wife Brenda, have two daughters, two sons, and five grandchildren. He enjoys singing and playing music, especially in church; teaching Sunday school, playing golf, hiking and exploring God’s creation with his family.

“Terrible. Have been a customer of theirs for many years, Today had appointment for 6 mo check and to order new hearing aids. There is a new team member Kevin, When I asked to order new hearing aids, He said they will be the same as the ones you have now. I agreed and said thats what I want, Kevin says I cant do that without a new hearing test and I dont have time today. When I said I've you guys have done this many times in the past without having to take a new test.. Guess that hit a nerve. He said thats my way. I dont care what the previous audiologist did. I then said I guess Ill have to go somewhere else. He became very animated and jumped up opening the office door "be my guest" and then he escorted me to the front door of the office building. Apparently customer service was not part of schooling where Kevin went. My time is valuable also. Dont go to Kevin in Vandalia!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Earzlink is very good and helpful. Oticon's phone App is a disaster and gets worse with use. Why this cannot be improved after 2 years is beyond me. If I were to buy again I'd buy another brand that has their own phone App. But I still like Earzlink ”
