“This was my 2nd go round with them with my 1st set of hearing aids from last year that did not work for me at all it was just about The Choice not the product. So when I got my new allowance I went back for over the year hearing aids with my new yearly allowance from my health plan. These hearing aids are much better and function much better for me but I was given a Box a manual and sent home I was never clearly instructed on proper insertion which I am struggling with daily and the app and how to make adjustments.”
