“Our hearing aids were bought from Jim who subsequently retired. Then you hired Carolyn who was super. Now she moved onto another company. Yesterday for our checkup we had the young girl at the desk. She was there all by herself. She said she was learning. and had not gotten her license yet. I felt sorry for her. She tried. You need a professional there as well. Carolyn and Jim had years of experience and this young lady is trying to do everything as well as learn. I will give your company a 3.5 for now. We had been telling everybody how much we loved the company and expertise.”
