“Very Good! Dr. Fiscina was courteous and professional. I felt at ease the entire time during the appointment while she looked in my ears, then tested my hearing. The appointment was right on time and took less than 30 minutes (closer to 20). She showed me and discussed the results of my hearing test and answered all my questions. The testing was pain free and involved pushing a button when a sound was heard, or repeating the word or sentence heard. I highly recommend Dr. Fiscina because her personable and professional manner really put me at ease about the state of my hearing.”
