Dr. Laura Bradley Pratesi Au.D., CCC-A is the founder and owner of Citrus Hearing Clinic in Clermont, Florida. She is a licensed audiologist who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a Doctorate in Audiology from Auburn University. Dr. Laura was born with a progressive hearing loss and is currently a bilateral hearing aid user.
She is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), and Former President of the Audiology Practice Standards Organization (APSO). Citrus Hearing was picked as the first Clinic in Florida to offer Lenire treatment for Tinnitus based on our reputation, best practices and premier patient care. Citrus Hearing was also chosen to be the first clinic in Florida to be Certified as a Modern Tinnitus Specialty Center!
We're pioneering the future of tinnitus treatment by combining biometric data analysis, advanced technology, mindfulness practices, movement therapy, and sleep optimization, we offer a holistic solution tailored to each patient's unique tinnitus experience. Dr. Pratesi also volunteers her time as a Clinical Director for Florida Special Olympics hearing screenings and actively participates in newborn hearing screenings with SERTOMA.

Dr. Teresa J. Parsons, Au.D., CCC-A is a key provider at Citrus Hearing Clinic in Clermont, Florida. She is a board-certified audiologist who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences/Disorders and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Audiology from the University of South Florida.
She is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) and is a Board Member of the Audiology Practice Standards Organization (APSO). Dr. Parsons volunteers her time as a director for Special Olympics hearing screenings and actively participates in newborn hearing screenings with SERTOMA. Dr. Parsons has been diagnosed with constant bilateral tinnitus and uses hearing aids for on-ear sound therapy.
She is trained in all major brands of hearing aids and cochlear implants. Dr. Parsons specializes in tinnitus treatment utilizing the Lenire Device, sound therapy, biometric data analysis, and more!

“Hands down one of my favorite healthcare experiences. This clinic is ear-resistable! Dr. Teresa Parsons was so helpful. I needed to re-do a hearing test for my newborn. She took the time (unlike the first location) to really explain in detail and in simplified terms each part of the test and why it was being done. I learned so much. I felt extremely comfortable and at peace knowing my baby was in good hands. It took about an hour. Make sure your baby is sleepy before arriving as they need to be asleep for that specific one. They have a section for children to play while waiting, and even sent us home with a cute child book upon completion. I love how each room was citrus themed, the receptionist and other team members and assistants were extremely kind. It’s clear everyone there is highly skilled and happy to be there. If you’re looking for a location and professional team that will take the time to walk you through each process and patiently answer questions, this is the one. They really provide a 1:1 experience that makes you feel comfortable! In great hands”
