Phelan “Missy” Webb has been a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in Alabama for 36 years and has held National Board Certification for more than 20 years. She has also been licensed in multiple other states and brings a wealth of experience from many areas of the hearing industry.
Growing up in the field, Missy has dedicated her life to helping individuals with hearing loss. She attended the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa and has worked in diverse roles—including business ownership, corporate manufacturing, ENT practices, big box retail, and one of the world’s largest healthcare companies.
Her decades of expertise ensure that every patient receives exceptional value, personalized care, and the highest-quality service. Known for her honesty and integrity, Missy guarantees her work and provides customized fittings designed to match each individual’s unique lifestyle and needs.

“I've been coming here for years. I love Missy..she's one of my favorite people. I love my new waterproof hearing aids from Phonak. I'm able to sit in the hottub and listen to music. She gives professional service and is always there whenever I need her. I would definitely recommend her for any hearing aid needs. Great Job Phelan! ”

“I’ve know Missy for several years. She always goes above, and beyond to make certain you are happy with your hearing aides. I recently purschased high end hearing aides. After several days they were not up to my expectations. To be honest I’m deaf in one ear so this is a challenge. Missy took the hearing aides back, and replaced them with another brand of Bi-Cross hearing aides. After adjusting them all I can say is my hearing is amazing. Best in class Missy. Thank you!”
“Snowbird who needed a part repaired, in my hearing aid. This office clearly let me know the charge., $65. Missy quickly fixed it, then asked if I wanted it "programmed". I didn't know what that was she described it and I said sure. She did NOT tell me it was going to be another $400. To do that. I complained after speaking to my hearing office in Wi, who told me they would have charged $150. Well, Missy claims she told me, but I wouldn't be complaining now IF I had heard that cost description before She spent 10 minutes "reprogramming" my hearing aid. ”
“After purchasing my Resound hearing aids about 3 months ago in Indiana (snowbird) I was happy to find a Resound dealer in Gulf Shores. I had a loss of hearing in one ear when we were home and the audiologist took them, went to her office cleaned them and gave them back. The same thing happened here, so I contacted Baldwin Hearing Ctr. In Gulf Shores. The audiologist took the time to show me what was wrong, showed me how to clean and repair my hearing aids and explained how they work. ”
