I walked in cold off the street because my hearing aids had stopped pairing, thus I couldn't change setting between normal conversation and a load restaurant for example. I had no appointmnent, just a need. Most audiologists would turn you away, tell you to make an appointmnent 4 weeks in advance, but Theresa Foster said, "that fix willl onl take a second," and invited me into her office 3 or 4 minutes later she had found the problem (junk behind the rocker switch), but had cleaned and paired it.
