Chelsea Poffenberger started working in the healthcare field in 2015. She previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she developed a strong sense of patient care and compassion. She continued with this work while studying for her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A few months after graduating in May of 2017 she started working in the hearing health world at Hart Hearing Care Centers. She then furthered her licensure by obtaining her Board Certification.
Chelsea loves being involved in helping patients as a Hearing Instrument Specialist where she can enhance people’s lives through hearing health. Chelsea is part of the Assisted Living Program, enabling her to test, program and dispense hearing instruments to more than 30 communities.
