Dr. Pearson grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Gallaudet University in 2005. Shortly after graduation, she relocated to the mountains of North Carolina, where she has continued to serve her community with dedication and compassion.
With extensive training and experience across a variety of clinical settings, Dr. Pearson is committed to providing personalized, high-quality hearing care to each of her patients. She takes pride in helping individuals improve their communication and overall quality of life through better hearing.
Dr. Pearson is licensed by the state of North Carolina and holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has been a valued member of the HearingLife team since 2019.

“I've had these Oticon aids for a little over 3 years now with so-so adjustments. That is until Dr Casey came along. Well about 3 months ago I went in, and Dr Casey adjusted them after a hearing check update. What she did was absolutely the best adjustment I have ever had in the 20+ years of wearing aids, of one brand or another. Every situation I'm now in I have the best hearing possible. Now I fully realize that NOTHING will ever replace my original, natural hearing abilities but, after her adjustment it now comes as close as it ever will, thank you Dr. Casey. Oh yeah, I do have two programs on my aides and they both work super. Even #2 for noisy situations is just great, for the first time! I just can't say enough good things about her ability to make ones hearing the absolute best possible!!! So just call, go see her. There isn't any hard sell just honest excellent advice and service.”
