I believed it was just my family telling me this because I kept the tv louder. I came here and Janet and Jenny were on top of the hearing exam. I found out I had severe hearing loss. once she put the new tech aids on me I couldn’t believe the difference of my Quality of hearing. This was the difference I had been missing. “About 7-8 years ago when it became apparent my hearing was diminishing I was fortunate to have Cathy fit me. She was very patient helping me adjust to this new experience. What was unfortunate was she then started covering another part of NC and I didn’t see her again. John then took her place and then Matthew. This summer brought another change to the Kernersville office...Cathy came back! I was so happy to see her and to meet her office manager, Sheila. “The office opened on time. We were offered coffee, water and candy. Both Cathy and Shelia were very personable. During the process my husband was involved in the hearing testing. The instructions were shared with him very well. It was a great experience. Cathy conducted the testing and examined my hearing aids. Her remark was so reassuring that she is interested in the person hearing well and not necessarily the sale of another hearing aid being the focus. She told us, "if it is not broken then it is fixed." I would recommend this office to anyone who is seeking help to hear better.”
