“I had a hearing exam at my previous doctor’s office and he recommended Carolina Health and Hearing - West Columbia for getting new hearing aids because they accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield for partial payment of the aids. “Awesome. I went to two ENT’s before finding Dr Michele. Her prices were so reasonable. She spent over an hour on my first visit going over my audiology report going into great detail of my type of hearing loss and which hearing aids were best suited for me. I did not get that kind of explanation in an ENT office. She is also mindful of what you can and want to spend. My cost was about 40 percent less than ENT. The day I got my hearing aid I was having trouble adjusting to hearing again and she saw me again the same day to tweak it.
