“Very professional. Hands on experience. Loved that after I received my hearing aids all questions were answered. I was able to change the battery and make the volume go up or down. This doesn’t seem like much but when you look at how small these hearing aids are you really want to know how to change the battery, and the volume control as well as clean them. You do learn before you leave the office. Again great staff and great hands on approach.”
