We talked and he explained everything, gave me a very thorough hearing test and then he told me about the hearing aids. We also went over my hearing test as well. Everything went perfectly and before I knew it I had the aids with another explanation on how to care for them and use them. Visit was a perfect 10 from start to finish. “Been wearing hearing aids 40 years hearing loss is classified as profound, mixed, atypically . Basically without hearing aids I can’t hear plus because type of hearing loss I have is a nightmare . Not only can I hear the sounds is dynamic. The staff fabulous the equipment exceptionally. If you are struggling to hear this is the place to go. Personally I like Oticon great quality long lasting and they offer models for all levels of impairment. When faced with profoundly hearing loss there are basically two options I have not used the other option but I can imagine they could do a better job then Oticon Xceeds. Amazing performance and Palm Beach Hearing’s pricing is excellent.”
