Mindy DeNell was born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and raised in Parker, Colorado. She later returned to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to attend Northern Michigan University, where she earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, and in Psychology.

Mindy has been practicing hearing healthcare since 2018. Her background in mental health and psychology provides her with a strong foundation in counseling and a compassionate approach to assessing and treating hearing concerns.

Her passion for hearing care began early in life, inspired by helping her grandfather manage his hearing difficulties—an experience that deepened her understanding of how vital hearing is to maintaining meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Mindy enjoys hiking, attending concerts, and spending time relaxing with her dogs. She is deeply dedicated to improving hearing health and looks forward to helping each patient enhance their quality of life through better hearing.

Jacqueline Clauson is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with the sounds and people that matter most. With a passion for improving quality of life through better hearing, Jacqueline takes a personalized approach to care, ensuring that each client receives solutions tailored to their unique hearing needs and lifestyle.

Her commitment to continued learning and excellence in hearing healthcare allows her to stay current with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and fitting techniques. Jacqueline strives to create a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their hearing journey.

Outside of her professional work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and engaging with her local community.
