“This is my second go around with John Walker. I first used his services at least 7 years ago. At that time he was affiliated with an ENT group. Not only was I completely satisfied with the service he rendered, but it felt as if he was a true friend and had my best interests at heart. When it was time for me to upgrade my hearing aids, My ENT physician had left the group where John was practicing and I went elsewhere for my next set of hearing aids. The service that I received was good, but did not compare with my experiences with John. In the past year, my hearing loss bacme worse and I started my search for new ones. I inquired at a few hearing aid offices, but was not satisfied with any of the offers. I had learned that John was operating his own hearing aid business and even though it meant a much longer drive to get to John, I called and made an appointment. When I met with John, it was like nothing had changed. He advised me as to what type of hearing aids would be best for me and I decided to use his services again I can only state that the services rendered by John were aove and beyond anything that I had experienced or expected. He made absolutely sure that everything was correct and was completely attentive to my feelings and any ideas that I had. Needless to say, I do recomend to anyone who might read this review, tha Jon Walker is the BEST. ”
