“the hearing specalist spent time explaining the features and maintance in detail, and provieded detailed instructions for cleaning the ear cups. i just called them earlier and they answere my questions, and even told me to come by the office next time i'm around town to stop by and they would guide me thru the nessary steps like replacing the ear cup. very happy with bothof the hearing aides and after-care as well. i love the fact that my phone connects via bluetooth and seems to have a better microphone that the cell phone or the computer my only issue is with the fact thier hours of opperations has changed 10 am thru 2pm not sure if the days in- office have changed, just call and ask!”
