Victoria (Tori) Levy is originally from Buffalo, NY. Tori has gained audiology experience in multiple states, including Ohio, Florida, and Texas. She is very happy to be back in NY State for the long haul. Tori received her B.S. in Communication Disorders & Sciences from SUNY at Fredonia in December 2016 and her Doctorate of Audiology from the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium (University of Akron) in May 2021. Tori has special interest in vestibular disorders and diagnostics and has received training from the American Institute of Balance through one of their Centers of Specialty Care clinics. Patient care and education are especially important to Tori and she looks forward to helping the Capital District with their hearing and balance needs.

Dr. Maria Ragonese joined Madison and Saratoga Hearing Center (now HearingLife) in August 2024. She has been practicing audiology since 2020. Dr. Ragonese received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from The College of Saint Rose in 2016 and, in 2020, she earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University. She has a special interest in vestibular disorders and diagnostics. Dr. Ragonese is licensed in audiology and hearing aid dispensing. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
