“I am visiting LA from my home in N California. I forgot to bring my hearing aid charger. (Ironically, the Main purpose of the visit is to be with a grieving friend). My heroic and hearing husband called many hearing aid centers to locate a charger. When he got ahold of Enhance, we were invited to try out their extra chargers. They took my hearing aid and tried them in different chargers until they found one that worked! It was the same brand as my aids, but a different generation. The audiologist and her staff were extremely kind and helpful and dealt with a roomful of patients efficiently while this side task was going on. And now I can hear again!”
