Audiologist

Lisa Simon received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Wayne State University and her Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University. Dr. Simon completed her Audiology Externship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her license in Audiology from the State of Michigan. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings including diagnostic testing for adults and children, comprehensive hearing aid services, and vestibular testing. She has a special interest in electrophysiology and advanced hearing aid technology. Dr. Simon enjoys the constantly evolving field of audiology and the relationships she develops with her patients. Outside of work Dr. Simon enjoys spending time with her husband and dog named Louie, playing soccer, cooking and gardening.

Audiologist

Alex Matta received her Doctorate of Audiology, as well as her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. She completed her doctoral externship here at Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants/Quality Hearing Aid Center. She holds her license in Audiology from the State of Michigan. Dr. Matta is passionate for offering care to patients with disorders of both hearing and balance. She strives to provide an individualized approach when evaluating and treating her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Matta enjoys spending time with friends and family, and participating in outdoor activities such as swimming and bike riding.

Audiologist

Patricia Wilson earned both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in Audiology from Western Michigan University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association with 15 years’ clinical diagnostic testing experience. Patricia is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices and is dedicated to improving the lives of her patients thru better hearing.

April Crovak is a licensed audiologist earning her Doctor of Audiology degree and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Wayne State University. She completed a doctoral externship at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, PA where she practiced electrophysiology, cochlear implants, pediatrics, and auditory rehabilitation. April enjoys educating her patients about hearing loss and options in treating with her knowledge in the latest hearing aid technology.

Marla Chaffee is a licensed audiologist in the State of Michigan and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Marla specializes in adult and pediatric audiology, hearing aid technology and vestibular and electrophysiology testing. She educates her patients about hearing loss in order to create an individual hearing healthcare plan.

Ryan Thieme holds his license in Audiology from the State of Michigan. He received his Doctor of Audiology degree from Ball State University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University. Dr. Thieme completed his Audiology Externship at Colorado ENT & Allergy in Colorado Springs, CO. 

Dr. Thieme enjoys working with patients of all ages to provide specialized care for their hearing needs. His clinical experience is in adult and pediatric testing, hearing aid technology, and vestibular testing. In his free time Dr. Thieme can be found  hiking, skiing or attending a local sporting event.
