“The personnel are nice enough. I paid 8k for Phonak Hearing aids. I have internet purchased hearing aids for less than 1k which work as good as if not better than the 8k Phonak’s. The “tinnitus masking” feature is a joke. It’s more annoying than tinnitus itself. I work outside in the summer and am constantly ripping them out of my ears and loosing them simply taking my ball cap on and off. I have nothing good to say about the hearing aids nor the experience. ”

“All the doctors are extremely thorough considerate, helpful and compassionate in the entire process during testing. The doctor explained the test results as I was showed them and making sure that I understood them and received the best hearing aid for me. They made sure that I was comfortable with it and explained everything to me as well as giving a diagram and helping me fit it in my ear. Retested hearing with new hearing aid inside my ear to ensure the improvement of my hearing. I did see two different doctors, one upon initial visit and another on follow up visit. The receptionist is also very friendly with her smiling welcome into the office. She help me twice in changing the ear buds and is very patient. It is very helpful to have a receptionist who helps in this way. I highly recommend this practice to those having hearing issues. ”

Devan greeted me in a friendly manner and offered to look at the hearing aid immediately. She solved the problem of extreme was build up and offered to check the second aid.
