“I have always been very impressed by the quality of the care and service at the Idaho Falls location. Recently, however, we had difficulty getting my husband's hearing aids checked due to a personnel shortage. I want to say to "the powers that be" that your clientele is largely older people who lived on fixed incomes and who may have had difficulty just affording hearing aids at all. To charge $50 to have those aids cleaned is unconscionable. I applaud those who put people above profit.”
