Dr. Bridget Lee received her doctoral degree from the University of Memphis in 2004 then practiced in Memphis for three years. Having grown up in Columbia, she returned to the Middle Tennessee area in 2007. Dr. Lee now serves Middle Tennessee with her hearing and balance expertise at Hearing Services of Franklin. Dr. Lee and her family live in Spring Hill, and she sees patients in the Spring Hill location.

Dr. Jennifer Kilgore grew up in Memphis and received her doctoral degree from the University of Tennessee in 2017. She practiced in the Franklin area for several years, and we were thrilled when she joined our Spring Hill location in 2022. Dr. Kilgore lives in Thompsons Station with her husband, Cole, and two children.

We provide full comprehensive hearing healthcare services for all ages, including:
- Complete diagnostic hearing evaluation and testing
- Screening, evaluations, programming, and adjustments for implanted hearing devices
- Tinnitus evaluation, testing, and management
- Hearing aid evaluation and dispensing (latest technology)
- Hearing aid fitting, adjustment, programming, cleaning, and servicing (maintenance and repair) to ensure proper amplification
- Pediatric evaluations

- Custom ear protection (noise protection)

- Auditory processing testing

Our Walk-In Clinic hours are:
- Monday: 9am-10am
- Tuesday: 1pm-3pm
- Wednesday: 3pm-4pm
- Thursday: 9am-10am
- Friday: 9am-10am
Our doctors are available by appointment only. Diagnostic services, ear wax management, and hearing aid issues requiring a doctor MUST have a scheduled appointment. Our Walk-In Clinic is NOT a doctor's visit. This is a set time meant for current patients to walk in without an appointment for over-the-counter hearing aid cleanings, supplies, connectivity issues, and to drop off hearing aids for repair.
