Rick Beare, Hearing Instrument Specialist, grew up in Cape May, NJ. He saw firsthand the stigmas, denial and challenges of hearing impairment faced by his friends and family. This motivated Rick to become a hearing care professional after graduating college in 1989. He is nationally board certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Recognized for his clinical expertise, Rick was recruited by a leading hearing aid manufacturer, where he held various roles, including teaching clinicians how to maximize people’s full hearing potential.In 2003, Rick relocated to North Carolina with his family, where he served two terms as President of the North Carolina Association of Hearing Care Professionals and the Mid-Atlantic Hearing Care Professionals. Rick joined HearingLife in 2019, due to their shared commitment to help more people hear better.
