She has excellent knowledge in her specialty of hearing, and the intricacies of hearing aids. Since my mother's hearing loss is significant, it has been so helpful that Sharon has been able to optimize the benefit of the hearing aids. Sharon is able to implement features in the hearing aids to compensate for a variety of specific hearing deficits. She is personable and truly cares about her patients. Whenever Sharon upgrades or repairs the hearing aids, my mother's hearing is notably improved. Since my mother loves to socialize, the hearing aids and services are so important to her well-being and happiness. Maria, the Patient Care Coordinator is also very friendly and helpful.
