“Dear Gary, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We welcome any opportunity to improve our relationships with our valued patients and we’re sorry you’re dissatisfied. You’ve been a patient with our clinic a long time and we understand how changing policies can be frustrating. We’re proud that we can honor our free batteries for life that was part of your hearing aid purchase, but we do limit how often we’re able to give you free packets. The goal of our policy of two free packs per visit is two-fold: we want to ensure that we don’t run out of batteries so each patient is able to get their free batteries when they come, and because batteries have a limited shelf-life, we want to provide the freshest possible batteries to each patient. We’re also sorry our management team has not been able to connect with you. We will look into that further and in the meantime, we’d like to invite you into the office to discuss ways we might help you extend the life of your hearing batteries. “Dear Linda, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry you were having difficulties with your hearing aid. I was not the provider here when you submitted your review of your service, but I’d like to invite you back to see what I might do to help. I understand the important role hearing well plays in your quality of life and I know how frustrating it can be when one of your devices isn’t working. Hearing devices are complicated, highly technical computers, typically used all day, every day and sometimes, require some maintenance. We do have walk in hours each day from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm when patients can come to the office without a scheduled appointment for supplies, cleanings or repairs. I have a great deal of experience with all types of hearing aids and I’m confident we find a solution to your problem if you’d consider scheduling an appointment for service or coming in during walk in hours.
