Zelleta Ross grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She studied business and management at Cardinal Stritch University. Zelleta enjoys working directly with people, and has over 20 years of customer service experience. After watching her father struggle with his hearing for years, Zelleta decided to enter the hearing healthcare field.
She became a patient care coordinator in the Sheboygan area, which is where she has been a part of the community since 2018. Working alongside a Hearing Instrument Specialist gave her the chance to see how much better hearing can improve the quality of someone’s life, which is why Zelleta became an apprentice, studied, and received her state license to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Wisconsin.
Zelleta intends to educate and assist as many people as possible, in order to bring healthy hearing to the forefront of personal care, and help improve communication between those dealing with hearing difficulties and their loved ones.
