Providing compassionate care with integrity has been the guiding principle of Laura Coffee’s audiology career for more than 35 years. She is dedicated to offering the highest quality care and education to individuals with hearing challenges.
Laura’s journey in hearing and balance care began at Northwestern University. Throughout her clinical career, she has gained extensive experience working in diverse settings—including the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Frazier Rehab, and a leading ENT practice in Louisville. These opportunities have allowed her to develop a strong, well-rounded knowledge base and a deep understanding of her patients’ needs.
Originally from Indiana, Laura now resides in Louisville with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, spending time with family, and participating in church activities. Laura has proudly served patients at HearingLife’s Blankenbaker location for more than 15 years.

Mary Jude San Miguel has been a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and Hearing Aid Dealer since 2008, serving clients in both Indiana and Kentucky. Though she originally studied marketing in college, she discovered her true passion lies in helping and serving others. With extensive experience in hearing testing and fitting, Mary Jude has helped countless individuals reconnect with the sounds of life and the joy of communicating with their loved ones.
