“Went to see Robin because my hearing aids failed two years prior and had been not really getting by with the cheaper alternatives you see on TV. She did that hearing test a year ago, but for many reasons I wasn't able to finish. In spite of what's been going on these last few months she agreed to order what I had requested (entry-level, did not try to upsell me after hearing my needs and budget) and scheduled a visit for a second hearing test. She used the test results to program the hearing aids and I can't speak well enough of the quality, ease-of-use and the additional quality of life I have now because she took the time, even during this crisis to help meet this very important need for me!
