“My husband had a problem with his hearing aids. Paul had helped my mother and we couldn't reach the people who sold us his hearing aids. I called he said to send the results, the month prior he had his hearing tested. It is important that you always ask for a copy of your hearing test, because you never know where you may be when the aids fail, fall in the toilet, you forget to take them out when you go swimming, you step on one, the dog chews it or it falls on the floor somewhere and you can't find it!! It saves a great deal of time and angst if you keep a copy of your hearing test. He saw us immediately. When you have hearing aids and they fail, for whatever reason, it's an emergency. It meant a trip up from Cape Cod; well worth the trip! He saw us on his lunch hour and spent the entire hour helping. He taught my husband how to take off and put in the hearing aides properly so they wouldn't break. He painstakingly taught us how to clean them and gave us a goodie bag with extra things to keep them clean. We left smiling. People in the waiting room also talked about how happy they were after unsuccessful attempts at other places. We knew we found the right person. He is knowledgeable about hearing loss; is patient and thorough; returns calls and is responsive by text, email, or phone. Most of all he is honest and provided us with a form he filled out with all the information our insurance company would need. When we called the insurance company he had provided us with 100% of the answers to the questions they asked. It couldn't have been easier. His office is conveniently located, bright, impeccably clean and handicap accessible with ample free parking. His pleasant personality reassured us he'd be there if we had any questions. We highly recommend him. If you live in the Norwood area, you're lucky. But if you don't, he's with the drive! ”
“I'm visiting Paul for half a year now. Not only he finds time to meet me every time I call him, he is very patient and eager to help. He offered me different brands of hearing aids and he worked with me on adjusting the aids to improve my hearing. And when it was clear (after I tried it) that some brand won't work he offered a different brand for no additional cost for me. His attitude and attention to the patient could be a model for any healthcare provider. Of course I strongly recommend him to all my relatives and friends.”
“Purchased hearing aids almost a year and a half. Paul is a good man but 4200 dollars for hearing aids that are Not what they should be. Purchased them thinking I would be able to hear better, well I can’t wear them they don’t fit right so they sit in the case. Norwood is too far for me to keep going back and can’t get anyone to service them close to me. Waste of money. And it’s not wax because I have my ears cleaned from mass eye and ear.”
“One phone call, appointment next day, 15 minutes with Paul, retention wires corrected, filter replaced, awesome, would recommend him in a heart beat….”
“I brought my 99 year old mother's hearing aid to Paul, I didn't know if it was done with or it could be fixed. He spent about 5 minutes checking different things on it and nothing was working, then he said, let's check one more thing, and low and behold it was the little round white vent!! He removed it and put a new one in and gave me extras, along with a new battery and didn't charge me!!! He said his pay was knowing that my mother would be able to hear better and be happy!! Paul was knowledgeable and kind, I would highly recommend him, as a matter of fact I did, to my mother's assisted living facility!!! ”
