After speaking with Dr. Johnson , she assured me that this matter would be corrected at no cost. After a couple of weeks the staff at the Hixson location contacted me that new earpiece arrived and Dr. Glaze recalibrated the new one. The entire experience was handled professionally and the staff could not have been more accommodating.”

The ringing is so loud it gives me headaches and prevents me from sleeping. I figured it would be a long shot and called Johnson's since I was in Hixson today. A super nice energetic lady by the name Courtney answered and said come on in and let's see what we can do. I went in and she met me at the front counter. She took my hearing aids and disappeared into the back. Within less that 10 minutes she was back. She not only fix the left but cleaned them both. I was amazed at the service that I received. I paid the bill, which wasn't much, and said goodbye. I have mobility issues and the office was on the second floor. I got in the elevator to go down one floor and when it opened, there was Courtney holding the door open for me. The entire experience was refreshing in today's environment of so much rudeness. Good job Johnson's but especially to Courtney.”

“Everyone that I dealt with in this office was very professional. From check-in to post consultation, Johnson Audiology was great. My wait time was brief and my hearing exam was prompt. My exam was thorough and the results were explained to me in great detail. They gave me some options for treatment, with no high pressure sales pitch. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their care for their patients. While waiting, an older gentleman came in with some hearing aids that wouldn't sync to his phone. The employee came out and helped him download whatever he needed and was extremely gentle & patient. ”

“My wife and I recently moved to Pikeville Tn. from Tampa Fl. After searching the internet and calling multiple hearing centers, I finally found Johnson Audiology and was happy that I did. Origially, I needed a repair for my hearing aids, and after speaking to a few hearing centers, I thought that a small fortune was what I was going to need, or a new pair of aids. I was pleasantly surprised that they could repair them , but also that it was only about $100.00 for the service. From the conversation on the phone to the office visit , i was impressed enough to set up a hearing test and was happy with the complete service. Johnson Audiology (Hixson office) was awesome and have become my new hearing professionals.”

“Everyone at Johnson Audiology is great.....friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I love my new hearing aid, but I was disappointed that I did not get one for my left ear. When I went for my hearing test, the test for my left ear was so much worse than my last one that the doctor thought I might have a medical problem and referred me to an ENT. She ordered my aid for only my right ear. I saw the ENT and he didn't find a problem. When I went to pick up my aid for the right ear, I thought she would order one for my left ear, but she told me to just wear one aid. Like I said, I was disappointed. The ENT is going to repeat the hearing test in six months, so maybe I can get one then.”
