“I made an appointment with Maya Berenson weeks ago and was looking forward to my first hearing test and an evaluation with her . I got to my appointment on time and filled out forms. When I handed them in to receptionist, I was informed that my appointment was given to someone else as I did not reply to some text that was apparently sent to me 2 days earlier confirming my appointment. My iPhone has been in service at the Apple Store for a broken screen and battery issues so I have not had any access to it. I was in complete disbelief upon hearing their narrative but I argued that that seems totally unprofessional and unfair to do this to a potential patient. The receptionist told me I could wait until the patient who took my place finished in about 30 minutes and I could be seen. I had another Doctors appointment scheduled so that wasn't an option. All the doctors and physical therapists I am seeing will text reminders to confirm but that is par for the course and automated. I have never been obligated to confirm and have never had an appointment cancelled for not confirming, until Maya Berenson at Palm Beach hearing associates. I would not recommend this facility given my experience as a new potential patient. If this is how one is treated, imagine as a patient how you would be treated. My family and I were quite upset . First time in 35 years I have had something like this happen so I do not recommend Maya Berenson from Palm Beach Hearing Associates on PGA blvd.”

“PB Hearing Hearing Associates sent me an invitation to attend their office event for a complimentary hearing test. I was greeted in a friendly manner, when I arrived. Dr. Berenson was delightful, as she checked my ears and performed my hearing test. She is very knowledgeable and clearly communicated the outcome, as well as her recommendation. I took care of my mom until she was 99, so I realize how important it is to have good hearing. Hearing loss can affect brain function, which is critical, especially as we get older. Even though I have worked in medical sales as my career, I took my ears for granted. Since I had not been having any problems, I had never scheduled a hearing test. My last one was in grade school. Now that I have a baseline, I will have my ears checked every few years. Many thanks to Palm Beach Hearing Associates for offering this wonderful service! ”

“I saw Dr Maya Berenson, Audiologist at Palm Beach Hearing Associates after seeing a supposed hearing aide "specialist" in Stuart, Fl. I was told by that "specialist" that she had 15+ years experience and that due to the shape of my ear canals I would NEVER be a candidate for the in-the-canal invisible hearing aide devices that I preferred . This was as a suprise and after some investigation I got a referral to Dr Berenson. At my first consultation she quickly told me that this other opinion was not correct. I was a very good candidate for in-the-canal devices and we had a pair ordered at the same price I would pay for the over-the-ear devices. She has been extremely helpful and I highly reccomend her!”
