Outside of her professional life, Mariah enjoys spending time with her husband and their active blue heeler.

“After struggling for many years with hearing loss, I am finally able to hear clearly again. Thanks to the kindness and patience of the staff at Hart hearing and my own dedication to wearing the hearing aids daily , I allowed myself time to have the necessary adjustments made. I can now hear clearly again. I am also noticing slightly improved memory and mental clarity. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with hearing loss to allow Hart Hearing to change the course of your life by allowing yourself the miracle of hearing again. ”
“My husband was told everything was still under warranty, not only by Hart, but the hearing aid manufacturer as well. Not one person disclosed that there was an additional $65 payment for services due at the end of the appointment. He was repeatedly told that everything was included under warranty. It's not about the money, it's the way he was treated by her personally. He knows good service. This was NOT good service! ”
Received 02/09/2022Official Response from HearingLife - Mequon:“Cindy, Yes, your husband was told he was under warranty and that the repair would be covered and it was. However, there were other charges that were not covered under warranty and that was why there was a $65 charge. For the privacy and protection of your husband’s health information, I cannot go in to detail about the terms and conditions of your contract. I am sorry you felt you were not treated with the respect or courtesy you deserved. That was never our intent. We were just trying to explain why he was responsible for the $65 charge. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you both and go over everything so that it is clear. ”
