“Stay away!! I also got the run around from John. He & his office are extremely disorganized. The office looks like a scene from hoarders overflowing with papers and piles of boxes, which I can imagine are people's hearing aids that they've been waiting for!! He gave me the run around for 5 MONTHS. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. Brought my mom in June of 2025 and finally found out in NOVEMBER from her insurance company that he never ordered her hearing aids after he told me a month before that he did! I always had to call the office several times to leave voicemails because his communication skills are atrocious. Find someplace else! This guy needs to retire.”

“I purchased my hearing aids in December. I should have known better since is his office is a complete mess. The hearing aids have been delivered and I keep getting the run around for my delivery and services. I have called my insurance company who spoke with John. He was supposed to call me and has not. He does not follow through. DO NOT GO HERE! ”

“Worst Hearing Place that I ever went to in my life! paid $140 or $160 for custom molded fitted hearing aids, but they are always falling out. besides him being paid by my Cigna Insurance somewhere between $2000 to $2500. I waited 9 weeks for delivery which was very unprofessional. He handed me the box! ”
