“This morning, 02/01/2024, I took my Oticon hearing aids in to have the rechargeable batteries checked as the left battery was draining much quicker than the right battery. Michelle C. was able to clean the battery compartments, replace the batteries in both hearing aids, and put new ear pieces on each hearing aid. She did this within a few minutes while I waited. I have always received excellent assistance and customer service from North Hills Hearing & Balance Center. Today Michelle continued in providing excellent assistance and customer service. “I was greated warmly and timely. The audiologist Erin explained the testing and spoke directly to me so that I could see her lips. Erin began testing in sound proof booth and between each test she came to the booth so I could see her lips. Speaking to someone face to face is so important if you can't hear, this is a big plus. Erin asked me to explain the most important situations in my life to be able to hear. She then explained not told me, the products that could meet my hearing needs. I went back to Rebecca and she set my hearing aids where they gradually increased power over several weeks. I work in a very noisy environment, so she set them where I can block out some of the background noise, if I need to. Once I got used to them, they became part of me!! I put them on in the morning and I don't take them out until bedtime. They are so comfortable that sometimes I forget to take them out, before bed. I like them very very much. Now I can't do without them.”
