“I knew I had to have a device in my right ear going in. And I thought it would work to have only one device. Surprisingly, my left "good" ear had significant difficulty with hearing conversation in a setting with background voices. With a little education, I learned the ears have to work together to have the best results. I'm also impressed that I don't have to carry around a remote and push buttons for different settings. Just putting the devices in each morning and not being concerned the rest of the day is quite amazing! Among other advantages over older devices is the nighttime charger--no batteries. Bottom line, you get what you pay for, and, in this office--quite a lot more! ”

“I have been a customer of Intermountain Audiology in Cedar City for about 2 years. I am very pleased to submit a review for others to see. Dr. Burrows is the most patient and instructive doctor I have ever spent time with. Unlike some other firms, he doesn't just push you to buy the product he is offering. He takes the time to talk to you. your spouse, or other family members about your life experience relating to your hearing loss. He tests you in many ways to truly find the best possible solution in providing you with the hearing device that will fit your particular need. This includes determining the significance of your loss talking to family or friends, watching T.V., listening to music, talking on the telephone, eating out in a restaurant with lots of noise, or listening to those who might be speaking in church or other meetings. Once all of that is been determined, he provides a pair of hearing aids on a trial basis for a few weeks. You then report back your experience and if they don't provide the comfort and results expected, he does more testing and provides an alternate. This might go on for a month or so until both you and Dr. Burrows agree that it is the best possible solution to your hearing loss. Valarie at the front desk is awesome to work with. She cleans your devises when you come in for batteries or filters, etc. She schedules follow-up appointments and does an amazing job handling all of the needs of the office. If you need to obtain hearing aids, I am certain that Intermountain Audiology in Cedar City is the one place you won't go wrong and regret your decision.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Burrows now for about 2 years. He is by far the best Doctor I have ever dealt with. He takes as much time as is necessary to determine the range of your hearing loss and then he tests you over and over again to make sure the devises you purchase are the best ones you can buy for the money. “About 7 yrs. ago I purchased an overpriced set of magnified hearing aids. I still had problems hearing and particularly understanding conversations and sounds. Went to visit Dr. Burrows and was given a trial set of Oticon aids. Amazingly I was finally able to hear sounds of birds, engage in conversations without faking it.
