From the first hello with the staff up front to choosing new hearing aids with Dr. Mason (I’m blanking on his last name, sorry about that!) everyone was friendly and I could tell they really cared about getting me set up with what I need. I’ve had other audiologists who only listened for a minute about what I wanted then pretty much picked something for me but Dr. Mason took the time to listen to all my concerns as well as what has and has not worked for me in the past hearing aid wise. I felt like finding the best hearing aids for me was a collaboration and my input had equal value.
