“The time for me to renew my 4yr contract was here and I went in for my last hearing check and recalibration. Dr Sparrow was only interested in my signing a new contract even though I had moved and there were no clinics there. He gave me my hearing tests but would not adjust my aides though I still had another month to go. I felt very pushed to sign a new contract and did not trust what he did after that. I had to insist he give me my prior contract to look at before I renewed. He seemed anxious to get rid of me. I am not happy with their lease program which apparently does not allow the Medicare allowance for hearing aides to be included in their payments”

“I had a hearing/ear exam done Thursday at Intermountain Audiology and Dr Spencer Stirland first inspected my ears and found them plugged and removed the plugs which gave me instant relief. I didn’t even know I had a problem, the last time I went to my PCP they used a water type tool to clean my ears, what Spencer did was amazing. Then he administered a series of tests, many of which I had never experienced before moving to St George, to check my hearing and found my hearing aids needed an adjustment to deal with noisy places. “I was returning back home from Logan Utah to my home in Southern California and stopped in to have my "Hearing Loss" checked, I have been nagged by my family to have my hearing checked. I meet with Kurt at Nilsson and he did a full hearing check on me, was I impressed ! I had no idea what the test consisted of when I got there, talk about attention to detail, It took about 45 minuets and they don't even charge for it. When we were done Kurt explained the test results and let me know I have great hearing, 100% on 2 test and 92% on the other.
