“I purchased my first set of hearing aids from Costco. While less expensive than Sound Relief you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. While Costco basically sells out of date hearing aids and doesn't offer follow ups. Sound Relief, on the other hand, has the most current devices available from the various manufacturers and follow ups are part of the cost of the devices they sell allowing them to continually tweak them so you get the best results. On my last visit Dr. Senia Romero, my audiologist (who is excellent by the way) even cleaned my ears of excess wax saving me a trip to the Ear department at Kaiser. Again, while more expensive than Costco you get the most current devices and follow up appointments to make sure they are working to their best performance for the customer. Sound Relief will be my go to for all future hearing aid needs. I highly recommend them to any and all who want to have the best hearing experience they can achieve using hearing aids.”

We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience with Dr. Romero and our team, and we’re honored to be your choice for hearing care and support.”
“I went to see Dr. Senia Romero at Centennial office for Tinnitus. She was not professional at all. While she was supposed to be cleaning my ears, she put something in my ears. I started having really bad headaches after that. If I were you I would stay clear of her at all cost. I regret going to her. It was the worst experience I have ever had with anyone. ”
Received 01/10/2025Official Response from Sound Relief Tinnitus & Hearing Center - Centennial:“To clarify, we do not use or possess anything toxic to the ear as an audiology practice. All of our procedures, including ear cleanings, are conducted with safe, professional-grade tools and techniques. There is no basis for the claim that anything toxic was introduced during your visit. Our focus remains on providing safe and effective care to all our patients.”
“I was not pleased to hear Dr Romero tell me that there was “nothing more that they could do for me”. The Sound Relief mantra is much more positive than that! I continue to have hearing problems and need help from time to time. I guess I had better enroll in sign language classes soon!”
Received 12/13/2024Official Response from Sound Relief Tinnitus & Hearing Center - Centennial:“Warren, we are sorry you felt discouraged during your last visit. At times, it is frustrating for both the patient and the audiologist when technology can not entirely correct for the extent of hearing damage that exists. We must consider additional amplification options when the auditory nerve can no longer deliver a clear signal to the brain, regardless of the amount or type of amplification. As an optimist and perfectionist with over 20 years of experience working with patients, I am always looking for new ways to deliver the best sound possible for our patients. Would you be open to coming to my Highlands Ranch clinic so I can investigate your case further, as I might be able to improve your hearing situation? If you're open to it, my assistant, Amanda, will schedule you with me when you call our main office at 720-344-7600. Best, Dr. Julie”
“Dr Romero was excellent. She answered the numerous questions I had, performed a hearing evaluation and discussed the possible options that were available to help reduce my hearing loss. She was very honest with what I could expected based on the severity of my hearing loss. I highly recommend her.”
