“Michael has provided ongoing care for me since my initial fitting of hearing aids in 2011. Another specialist did the initial fitting. I wish it had been Michael. I have a moderate hearing loss that manifests itself frequently in telephone conference calls in frequencies that women frequently speak. As a consultant that did this often, I found out that my brain was filling in details of others conversations that i did not fully hear. Missing these details almost cost my my job. Michael understood this issue fully and was able to adjust my ReSound Alera hearing aids correctly. My only regret is that I have recently moved to Texas and will have to turn my ears over to someone else. I'm not optimistic that I will find someone of Michael's quality in Austin.”
