Dr. Radous earned a Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences, following a Master’s in Audiology and a Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Practicing since 2001, Dr. Radous brings over two decades of experience in full-service Audiology.
While her scope of practice is broad, Dr. Radous has developed a strong niche and passion for hearing aid fittings. She is particularly interested in the ways hearing loss impacts communication and relationships and finds great fulfillment in helping people reconnect with the world around them through better hearing. Dr. Radous also has a strong interest in the connection between hearing health and brain health and is committed to educating patients on the cognitive benefits of treating hearing loss early and effectively.

“Professional and Accommodating
Metro Hearing went “Above and Beyond” to correct an issue. I am a long- time patient of Metro Hearing. I recently scheduled a recheck appointment at the Goodyear office. It turns out that they were undergoing staffing changes at this time which led to scheduling difficulties. I had to wait over 3 weeks for the first available appointment. Then this appointment was later cancelled, and the cancellation was not communicated to me.
I was initially upset over how this situation was handled. However, when I brought this issue to the attention of the main office, the Director of Operations (Alma Neira) promptly responded to my concerns and coordinated a corrective action. The staff at the Goodyear office (Dr. Michals and Nathalia) went out of their way to work me into the schedule right away. Dr. Michals was efficient and competent at assessing my hearing and reprogramming my hearing aids. I am very grateful that they accommodated me right before the holidays so my hearing aides are optimal for my holiday family gatherings. 5-star patient care at Metro Hearing.
