Dr. Jennifer Eichert is a compassionate Audiologist with more than fourteen years of experience in private practice. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Northwestern University in 2012 after completing her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University. Guided by a lifelong passion for helping others, Dr. Eichert has built her career on compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to empowering her patients.
A proud Orange County native, Dr. Eichert cherishes time spent with her family. She and her husband, Derek, love watching their two sons grow and explore the world, often joined by their two devoted dogs—Denver, a golden retriever, and Ruxin, a Rhodesian ridgeback. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures, including camping, hiking, and skiing.

She provided a hearing device that transformed her lifestyle in communicating with others and especially the immediate family! Moreover, while in Wisconsin at our summer home, my wife began experiencing hearing loss and was tested at the Mayo Clinic resulting in the need for a hearing device. “I've been going to Hearing Services West for about 4 years. I was referred to her by my primary physician when the reasons for my hearing loss could not be determined. I'm kind of young for hearing issues. Lori is very attentive to detail and will listen to your concerns. She truly cares about her patients. Just be sure to mention any issues you are having. When I got my aids, I struggled with being able to tell where sounds were coming from. I could hear the sounds but I would turn my head to the wrong location. It was kind of embarrassing. On my first follow up with Lori, I mentioned it in passing and she immediately was able to adjust them and now I know where sounds come from. So much better. I would definitely recommend her.”
“Lori is very very loving! She will do her best to help you out and she loves her patients! In all my experience with her I always have a friendly conversation like how you would to a long time friend. She will listen to your concerns and will offer suggestions in what will suit you well. I am guilty of not visiting regularly and only going when I need to get my hearing aid fixed, but I am after all a busy man. but it is always nice to know that you'll be going there knowing she'll help you the best way she can.”

Established in 1996 by Annabel Anae, M.C.D., Hearing Services West quickly earned a reputation for its compassionate, patient-focused approach. Annabel’s vision was simple yet profound — to deliver the highest standard of hearing healthcare in a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels valued, heard, and understood.
In 2012, Annabel entrusted the practice to audiologist Lori Hallett, M.A., who continued to uphold the same tradition of excellence. Under Lori’s leadership, the practice flourished, building lasting relationships with generations of patients and their families.
After more than a decade of dedicated service, Lori retired in 2025 to spend more time with her family. That same year, Dr. Jennifer Eichert, Au.D., and Bee Yang assumed leadership of the practice, bringing with them fresh enthusiasm, advanced clinical expertise, and a shared commitment to continuing the practice’s mission.
Today, Hearing Services West proudly carries forward its legacy of personalized, evidence-based care — honoring its roots while embracing innovation to better serve the hearing and balance needs of the community for years to come.
