“On April 1, 2025, I went to the Hearing and Brain Centers of America (Richfield UT location), also known as Intermountain Audiology Clinic, for my second annual checkup. It's amazing to realize two years have gone by since I, fortunately, found this business. This is my third attempt at using hearing devices over the past 18 years. The first two attempts were very disappointing. However, once I met with Trista and Brandy, learned about their treatment program and protocol, I knew this place was completely unlike my two other experiences. Anyway, this checkup was thorough and I felt great knowing that Trista and Brandy provided so much attention to detail and concern for my well-being. I travel 486 miles (round trip), twice a year for check-ups at this clinic. I do so with no regrets and will continue doing so for years to come. I completely trust this business and the staff.
