“I am still waiting for one of my hearing aids which buzzed and I couldn't wear it. I returned it to Alison Hoffman and it has been over a week that I have not gotten it or another new one. They will not deliver nor send by overnight express for some obscure reason. I think that with the $3000 I spent they could be kind and decent enough to do one of these two things, so that I can hear properly. No phone calls, no emails, no communication.
