Owner and Audiologist
Dr. Stacy Garrard is the owner and sole provider for Kentucky Audiology & Tinnitus Services (KATS). She originally joined the KATS team in July 2023, under the direction of Dr. Ann Rhoten (Annie), and was presented with the opportunity to take full ownership in August 2025. Dr. Garrard will continue to provide hearing loss, tinnitus, and sound sensitivity services both in person and via telehealth to patients all across Kentucky. She also provides contract audiology services at Lee Specialty Clinic in Louisville, a clinic specifically designed to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disorders, two days per month. Dr. Stacy Garrard obtained her clinical Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) degree from University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2023. She holds Board Certification through the American Academy of Audiology. She is certified to provide Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) and the Lenire Tinnitus Treatment Device. Dr. Garrard is a current member of the American Academy of Audiology, Academy of Doctors of Audiology, and American Tinnitus Association. Dr. Garrard is also currently serving as board member for the Kentucky Academy of Audiology. When not in the office, Dr. Garrard enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and family, playing board and card games, attending farmers markets or local festivals, completing home improvement projects, and traveling to new places! Dr. Garrard is excited to continue the KATS legacy, while also growing and expanding our current services to better serve the Lexington and surrounding communities. Dr. Garrard believes that our patients are forever part of our KATS family, and in turn will treat you as such!

Under the leadership of Dr. Stacy Garrard, our Board-Certified audiologist, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based practices that ensure you receive the highest quality of care. Some of services including functional communication needs assessments, tinnitus and sound sensitivity evaluations and management, advanced hearing aid fittings with real ear verification, and telehealth consultations and visits for patients who cannot make it into our office.
