“I would give these folks a 10+ if I could!! I have worn hearing aids for 15+ years. Except for the very first pair - which was very expensive - I have not had any that worked good. . .and I have never dealt with anyone like the hearing aid experts at Digital Hearing Outlet. They are the only ones in this àrea that offer the Whisper system. You get amazing state of the art hearing aids at a price that even those of us that are retired and on a fixed income can afford. I had to travel about 100 miles to their office closest to me, but believe me, it was worth every mile just to have such amazing people to work with. When I left we set up a follow-up appointment to address any problems I might be having with my new hearing aids. I canceled my appointment since I have not had one single issue. Thanks to Jennifer's ability and desire to properly handle every aspect of the hearing test, as well as the fitting and adjusting of the hearing aids, a follow up visit was not needed. When I called to cancel my appointment, Mike reassured me that they would be there for me if I needed their help in the future. It is wonderful to finally be able to have such amazing hearing aids, but to have such a great experience from the first call through every step of the process - because of Mike, Jennifer and their daughter- was way beyond anything I expected. Not only were they so very knowledgeable and professional, they were fun to work with. No stiff "hurry up and get out of here so we can sell another hearing aid" feeling there. I cannot say enough about how happy they have made me. Because of DigitalHearing Outlet,my life has just improved 100%. One of my favorite features is being able to have my phone calls go straight to my hearing aids. A lot of hearing aids offer that feature, but none that I could afford, until now. Call them and ask about the Whisper hearing aids. If you are living in a world of "huh" and "what", don't walk, RUN, to see Mike and Jennifer. You won't be sorry.”

“Today, I had an appointment for an evaluation to determine whether or not I was a candidate for a free trial of hearing aids. I have worn hearing aids for several years and am not really happy with the behind-the-ear devices. I wanted this evaluation because I want in-the-canal hearing aids. Michael greeted me as soon as I walked in. After I completed my paperwork, Michael came out and sat with me in the waiting room and we talked about why I wanted in-the-canal hearing aids. “Jennifer discovered a collapsing ear canal problem in my ear that a ENT doctor and another hearing aid business had overlooked. Jennifer made an adjustment in the wire leading into the ear canal so that sound could get to my ear drum. My new hearing aids are great!”
