Sherri was so compassionate and devoted an hour and 40 minutes to performing an extremely thorough hearing test, checking my old hearing aids, listening to our concerns and making sure I will be receiving a hearing aid that truly meets my needs now and, in the future. Sherri spent time showing my test results and explaining them to my wife to my wife Brady thoroughly explained the purchase agreement, warranty and what is included in the price. The three-year warranty, the 30-day trial period and follow ups every 30 days for three months gives me confidence in excellent service after the sale. When Sherri found out we will be vacationing at Myrtle Beach in two weeks she gave us contact information for a gentleman who can help me in the event I experience issues during our vacation.
