“UOP Hearing and Balance Center, Dr. Gail and Lily have been providing me quality care and high quality products for years, even during this trying time with the Coronavirus. I have tried other hearing centers, they do not measure up to UOP. I recommend them without hesitation!”

“The UOP Hearing Center provides outstanding service. I have been with them for almost 2 years. The staff are not only highly qualified, but show real concern for their patients. They are patient and do everything possible to ensure that you get the proper hearing aids for your hearing loss and your preference for features. The focus is completely on the client not on selling something. There are many options from which they make suggestions, as they are not limited to one brand. Clients are not asked to pay until they make a decision as to the right hearing aid to meet their needs. If you have a question or problem, they are responsive and provide immediate help. The service provided by the audiologists and Lilly is simply exceptional, and I highly recommend the UOP Hearing Center. ”
