“5 Stars, the best scores for Conejo Hearing Center. I needed to get my 91-year-old mother new and improved hearing aids. My insurance company highly recommended Conejo Hearing in Westlake Village. In fact, they spoke so well of them that I made an appointment for myself as well. I arrived to find plenty of free parking just a few yards from the office. The outside of the facility was cool and calming with a babbling brook just outside, occupied with a few relaxing ducks and beautiful Koi. Inside was clean and air conditioned. The receptionist, Mary, was welcoming and very pleasant to me and Mom. She attended to us without delay and offered us cold bottled water & chocolate. The examination was conducted efficiently and professionally by Audiologist Linda with the results we expected...No surprises. The recommended devices were the most up-to-date models and were covered by insurance. A few days later, Lab Tech Peter notified us on the arrival of the hearing aids. Audiologist (and business owner) Christine Wilson presented the aids to my Mother and spent a substantial amount of time making sure she, the elderly recipient, understood the proper operation. Furthermore, she scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure everything was working as it should be. This was the most comfortable office visit I've had in years. The staff was excellent, the products were top-of-the line and the final costs, after insurance, were zero out-of-pocket. Top scores from me in every category.”

“I don’t know why we waited so long!!!! My husband had been suffering hearing loss for quite some time, and as his difficulties increased, so did his frustration. We asked several friends who wear hearing aids for recommendations, and without fail, they told us to contact Christine Wilson at Conejo Hearing. How right they were! The minute we walked into the office, we knew we had gone to the right place. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and helpful, and Christine immediately put us at ease as she carefully explained the various types of hearing loss as well as the capabilities of available devices. After a careful examination, she recommended a model she felt best suited my husband’s needs, and suggested he experiment with them and return in a week. What a remarkable change! Conversations were possible without my having to repeat myself, and watching television was no longer a problem. We definitely wanted them. During our next visit, Christine fitted my husband with his new hearing aids, adjusted them appropriately, demonstrated various features and patiently answered questions each of us had. She is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. We are 100% satisfied with our experience at Conejo Hearing, and recommend Christine Wilson and her staff. Our only regret is that we didn’t make an appointment earlier. ”

“The process of getting hearing aids can be daunting. The realization of learning that you just can’t hear well is tough and you need people to help with this who know that difficulty and work to get you comfortable wearing hearing aids. I showed up at Conejo Hearing Center finally ready for an ordeal. It didn’t come!
